1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using BoundaryX (the "Platform"), including our mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BoundaryX.

2. Eligibility & Guardian Consent

BoundaryX is designed for cricket players, parents, coaches, and academies. The Platform is used by minors, and we take child safety seriously.

• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and consent to your use of the Platform.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's activity on the Platform and for the accuracy of information provided during onboarding.
• Academy administrators and coaches are responsible for verifying the identity and guardianship of any minors they add to their academy roster.

3. User Roles & Accounts

BoundaryX supports several user roles. You agree to register under the role that accurately reflects your position and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

• Players may log training sessions and match performance, track Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test results, receive AI coaching guidance, join academies, book coaching sessions, and participate in team chat.
• Parents may create accounts to support and monitor their child's progress, book coaching, and communicate with academies and coaches on their child's behalf.
• Coaches may apply for a verified coach profile, offer private lessons, group sessions, online coaching, and academy training, set pricing, manage bookings, and communicate with players and parents.
• Academies may apply for a verified academy profile, manage members, teams, coaches, events, attendance, billing, and team communication.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Academy & Coach Applications and Verification

Academies and coaches must submit an application and be verified by BoundaryX before receiving a verified badge and full platform privileges.

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application, including identity documents and business documents where requested.
• BoundaryX reviews applications at its discretion and may approve, reject, request additional information, or remove verification at any time.
• Misrepresentation of credentials, certifications, ownership, or affiliation may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Platform.
• Academy Claiming: Unclaimed academy listings may be claimed by their real owners. Claimants must prove ownership to BoundaryX's satisfaction. Fraudulent claims are prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

BoundaryX offers premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

• You agree to pay the subscription fees displayed at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BoundaryX does not store your full card details.
• Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at BoundaryX's sole discretion.
• We may change pricing upon reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions are unaffected until renewal.

6. Coaching Sessions & Academy Payments

BoundaryX facilitates booking and payment for coaching sessions and academy charges (tuition, tournaments, camps, private lessons, uniforms, equipment, and other fees).

• Coaches set their own pricing and availability. BoundaryX may apply a platform fee to coaching transactions.
• By booking a session or paying an academy charge, you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are set by the coach or academy unless otherwise stated; BoundaryX facilitates but is not a party to the coaching relationship.
• Coaches are independent providers, not employees of BoundaryX. BoundaryX is not liable for the conduct or quality of coaching services.
• Academy administrators are responsible for the accuracy of charges they issue to members.

7. Team Chat & Messaging

BoundaryX provides team chat, sub-channels, and direct messaging within academies. You agree to use these features responsibly.

• You will not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• You will not share another person's private information without consent.
• Academy administrators may create and manage sub-channels, mute or remove members, and moderate content within their academy.
• Messages can be edited, deleted for yourself, or deleted for everyone by the sender. Some content may be retained for safety and compliance purposes even after deletion.
• BoundaryX may moderate, restrict, or remove content and suspend access to chat features for violations.

8. AI Coach & Performance Guidance

BoundaryX provides AI-powered coaching insights based on your logged sessions, Yo-Yo test results, and match performance.

• AI guidance is generated by third-party language models and is general in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or coaching advice.
• You are responsible for assessing whether to follow any AI recommendation and for consulting qualified professionals as needed.
• Performance metrics (session logs, Yo-Yo results, match statistics) are self-reported or academy-reported and may not be accurate or complete.
• BoundaryX does not guarantee any specific performance outcome from using the Platform.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (session notes, messages, reviews, profile information, photos, videos). By submitting content, you grant BoundaryX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and display it within the Platform.

• You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake, misleading, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.
• BoundaryX may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Connection Requests & Discovery

The Platform allows players, parents, coaches, and academies to discover and connect with one another. You agree to use connection requests respectfully and only for legitimate cricket-related purposes. Recipients may accept, decline, or request more information. BoundaryX is not liable for the outcome of any connection made through the Platform.

11. Tournaments & External Links

BoundaryX displays tournament schedules, hub game information, and links to third-party sites such as CricClubs for fixtures and results.

• External links are provided for convenience only. BoundaryX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.
• Tournament and fixture information may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify with the official source.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation with an academy or organization
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's security or operation
• Submit fraudulent applications, claims, reviews, or payments
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BoundaryX makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any coaching, training, or performance outcome will result from its use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoundaryX and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. BoundaryX is not liable for the conduct of coaches, academies, players, or other users, or for any coaching session, payment, or interaction facilitated through the Platform.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

BoundaryX may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

16. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, branding, and content not submitted by users, is owned by BoundaryX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

17. Modifications to These Terms

BoundaryX may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If material changes are made, we may notify you through the app.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
